This lounge room has plenty of seating, WiFi, TV, Play Station 4, a cupboard full of games and books to keep you entertained, and a split-system reverse-cycle air conditioner. Glass sliding doors lead outside onto the deck which has seating to enjoy your morning coffee. You will also find a fully fenced grassed backyard, a selection of outdoor games, clothes line and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after your beach visits. Bedroom two has a king size bed and built in robes. Bedroom three has a queen size bed and built in robes. Bedroom four has 2 x king single beds and built in robes. Both King beds can be either king or two x king singles on request. All downstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and polar fleece blankets for your comfort. Main Bathroom with a luxurious free-standing bath, rain-head shower, basin and toilet. Separate laundry with washing machine. Upstairs layout: The upper level is bathed in natural light, with 2 sets of sliding glass doors opening to an expansive hard-wood balcony soaking up the amazing views. There is also a third toilet and powder room adjacent to the lounge area.
