Enjoy a movie night on the 70" flat screen TV with full access to Sling TV. KITCHEN & DINING: If you prefer a night in, make delicious homemade meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table for six with a beautiful view of the pool. The breakfast 3-person dinette is the perfect place to share a morning cup of coffee. BEDROOM/BATHROOM AREAS: This ranch style home features four bedrooms and sleeps 10 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and dresser as well as a bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a separate free-standing tub. There is direct access to the pool through the bathroom as well as via the sliding doors inside the bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third and fourth bedrooms each have a full bed and a twin bed. There are two full bathrooms situated near these bedrooms. If you need to spend some time working, there is an office area with a desk. OUTDOOR AREA: Large sliding glass doors take you out to a gorgeous covered patio situated next to a sparkling blue swimming pool. After a long day at the beach, rinse off the sand and salt in the outdoor shower in the fully fenced in backyard. Wrap up the perfect evening by enjoying dinner on the covered patio or snuggled up on the sofa reading a good book. Boat trailer parking is available at Phil Foster park for up to 24 hours and at Lake Park Marina. Onsite boat trailer parking is not permitted and will be subject to fees from the City and HOA. No parties or large gatherings. Street parking is not permitted but the driveway can easily accommodate 5-6 vehicles.
