Welcome to Bolhão Trendy Apartment III, an urban retreat with industrial design in the centre of Porto. Located opposite Bolhão Market, this apartment offers a privileged location for exploring the city. The apartment, decorated in industrial style, offers a cosy double bedroom, ideal for relaxing. The living room, with a sofa bed, is perfect for socialising, with access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, and the bathroom has all the amenities. For added comfort, the apartment has air conditioning, a Smart TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi. Discover the vibrant heart of Porto! Our apartment is located in Baixa, the cultural and tourist epicentre of the city. Just a few steps away, you will find the iconic Bolhão Market, a paradise for lovers of gastronomy and local products. Avenida dos Aliados, with its imposing architecture and lively atmosphere, is within walking distance. Explore the majestic Clérigos Tower, a city landmark, just a few minutes away. The area is full of restaurants, from traditional to modern, supermarkets for your shopping, pharmacies and a variety of shops. In the evening, Rua das Galerias de Paris, just a few minutes' walk away, comes alive with bars and entertainment. To get around, Bolhão metro station is only 300 metres away, Trindade station (with a direct connection to the airport) is an 8-minute walk away, and São Bento train station is a 10-minute walk away. If you come by car, paid parking at Garagem Manuel Passos is 350 metres away, with a discount for Liiiving guests. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
