Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood ideally situated between Kings Beach and Northstar, this home offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. You will be less than 3 miles from the waters of Lake Tahoe and under 5.5 miles to the Northstar turnoff, making it easy to enjoy both lake days and ski days. The Brockway Summit Tahoe Rim Trailhead is less than five minutes away, and there are additional hiking and snowshoeing trails accessible right from the neighborhood. Brockway Golf Course is also within a short three mile drive. With beaches, trails, golf, dining, and year round recreation all close by, you will have everything you need to experience the very best of the area. *Please note that cell service at the property is limited.
