Maximum overnight occupancy: 12 guests. No parties, events, or large gatherings. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property. Violations may result in additional cleaning, odor-remediation, repair, or other documented charges based on the actual costs required to restore the property. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please be considerate of guests staying in the detached Unit B casita. Pet-friendly with approval. Up to 2 dogs maximum. A $75 pet fee applies per stay. All pets must be disclosed and registered on the reservation before arrival. Pets must be supervised and kept off furniture and bedding. Guests are responsible for properly disposing of all pet waste. Daytime visitors are welcome within the property’s permitted occupancy limits and must leave by 9 PM unless otherwise approved. All visitors are subject to the same house rules as registered guests. Two standard vehicles may park in the front driveway. Guests must not use or block Unit B’s designated parking space. The gated covered parking area may accommodate certain RVs, trailers, work trucks, or oversized vehicles with advance approval. Guests must provide the full vehicle and trailer dimensions before booking. Approval is not guaranteed based solely on the stated parking dimensions. RV or trailer parking is permitted only in the approved designated area. No camping or overnight occupancy in RVs or trailers. No unauthorized wood-burning fires, bonfires, campfires, or fireworks. The property-provided propane fire pit and BBQ may be used responsibly according to posted instructions and applicable fire restrictions. No subletting or third-party bookings. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee when offered through the Guest Portal. Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges and could impact cleaning or the next guest’s arrival. Guests are responsible for any city, county, HOA, or other regulatory fines resulting from violations during their stay, plus any applicable administrative costs.
