Maximum overnight occupancy: 4 guests. No parties, events, or large gatherings. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property. Violations may result in additional cleaning, odor-remediation, repair, or other documented charges based on the actual costs required to restore the property. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please be considerate of guests staying in the neighboring unit. Pet-friendly with approval. A $65 pet fee applies per stay. All pets must be disclosed and registered on the reservation before arrival. Pets must be supervised and kept off furniture and bedding. Guests are responsible for properly disposing of all pet waste. Daytime visitors are welcome within the property’s permitted occupancy limits and must leave by 9 PM unless otherwise approved. Parking includes a covered space directly in front of Unit 2. The remaining driveway and parking area is shared with the neighboring unit. Please keep all shared access areas clear and do not park in a way that blocks vehicles from entering or leaving the property. Legal street parking may also be used where available. No RVs, trailers, or camping unless specifically approved. No unauthorized open flames, wood-burning fires, bonfires, campfires, or fireworks. No subletting or third-party bookings. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee when offered through the Guest Portal. Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges and could impact cleaning or the next guest’s arrival. Guests are responsible for any city, county, HOA, or other regulatory fines resulting from violations during their stay, plus any applicable administrative costs.
