Maximum overnight occupancy: 22 guests. No parties, events, or large gatherings. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property. Violations may result in additional cleaning, odor-remediation, repair, or other documented charges based on the actual costs required to restore the property. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. During quiet hours, please keep noise to a minimum and ensure that sound does not carry beyond the property line. Pet-friendly with approval. Up to 2 dogs maximum. A $100 pet fee applies per stay. All pets must be disclosed and registered on the reservation before arrival. Pets must be supervised and kept off furniture and bedding. Guests are responsible for properly disposing of all pet waste. Daytime visitors require prior approval and may not exceed the property’s permitted visitor limits. All visitors are subject to the same house rules as registered guests. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted without approval. Parking is limited to 6 vehicles: 3 in the driveway and 3 in the designated area beside the garage. The garage is a game room and is not available for vehicle parking. Street parking is not permitted. No RVs, trailers, or camping unless specifically approved. No unauthorized wood-burning fires, bonfires, campfires, or fireworks. The property-provided propane grill and propane fire pit may be used responsibly according to posted instructions and applicable fire restrictions. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. No subletting or third-party bookings. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee when offered through the Guest Portal. Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges and could impact cleaning or the next guest’s arrival. Guests are responsible for any city, county, HOA, or other regulatory fines resulting from violations during their stay, plus any applicable administrative costs.
