Maximum overnight occupancy: 8 guests. No parties, events, or large gatherings. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property. Violations may result in additional cleaning, odor-remediation, repair, or other documented charges based on the actual costs required to restore the property. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Pet-friendly with approval. Up to 2 pets maximum. A $125 pet fee applies per stay. All pets must be disclosed and registered on the reservation before arrival. The yard is not fully fenced, so pets must remain supervised. Pets must be kept off furniture and bedding, and all pet waste must be properly disposed of. Daytime visitors are welcome within the property’s permitted occupancy limits and must leave by 9 PM unless otherwise approved. All visitors are subject to the same house rules as registered guests. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the designated driveway/carport area. No RVs, trailers, or camping unless specifically approved. No unauthorized wood-burning fires, bonfires, campfires, or fireworks. The property-provided propane fire pit may be used responsibly unless prohibited by applicable fire restrictions. All local fire restrictions must be followed. No subletting or third-party bookings. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee when offered through the Guest Portal. Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges and could impact cleaning or the next guest’s arrival. Guests are responsible for any city, county, HOA, or other regulatory fines resulting from violations during their stay, plus any applicable administrative costs.
