Our apartment is a 5-minute walk from République metro station, making it an ideal starting point to explore all corners of Paris: the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and the Basilica of the Sacré-Cœur, the Louvre Museum, the Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame Cathedral, the Left Bank. Our apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator, promising peace and serenity. It consists of : - A functional and equipped kitchen: refrigerator, hotplates, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. - A living room comprising a double sofa bed, modern seating, a dining table, and a television. - A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe to store your personal belongings. - A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, towel dryer. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. - A separate toilet for added comfort. - Optimized storage to organize your personal effects. - Television and high-speed Internet (WIFI). - Bed linen and towels are carefully provided by us. The 3rd arrondissement, also known (mistakenly...) as the "Haut Marais", is a lively neighborhood that has become trendy and fashionable in recent years. Appreciated for its art galleries, the 3rd arrondissement also has many architectural gems. The National Archives, the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), the Picasso Museum, and the Carreau du Temple are at the heart of this lively yet relaxing district. It is a district with multiple faces, highly appreciated for its quality of life. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
