The serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 6-minute drive away. Also, depending on snow conditions and skill level, the home is ski-in/ski-out during the winter season. Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. The house does have a thermostat with a fan that blows cool air from the outside. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage (no large SUV's or trucks) and 3–4 spaces in the driveway. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
