HURRICANE UPDATE: The pool is open and elevator is now back in service! Please note: From July 2025 to January 2026, the building will be undergoing a significant renovation project. Be advised that during this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building, including balcony work, which will result in balcony closure at times. The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there will be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities.
