It is a 40m² apartment located on the 5th floor with elevator. A bourgeois neighborhood, where many banks were established after the construction of the Bourse, you will find beautiful architecture, especially in the Rue Réaumur, a symbol of 20th century architectural innovation. You will also find one of the 5 royal squares of Paris (and one of the least known): the Place des Victoires. A district at the crossroads between the Grands Boulevards and the Royal Paris of the Louvre. Not the most lively, but it offers many walks and discoveries, especially around the rue Montorgueil.
