🏡There are 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds and the bed arrangements are as follows: One story 🛏 4 Beds 🛋 2 Sofa beds Accommodates 8 guests Room 1 : 1 Queen, 1 Twin Room 2 : 1 Queen, 1 Twin There are 2 sofa beds in the living room. ⚠️Please note that since we don’t charge extra for additional guests, we only provide bedding and towels for the same number of beds, and also always double check the number of beds, as some guests mistake the number of beds with the sofa beds however, sofa beds won’t come with bedding. This is a very quiet neighborhood and guests and/or their invitees must drive very slow and safe in the neighborhood. - No gatherings, smoking or drinking outside in the front of the property. - NO locals under 25 years old of age are allowed to book this house for the weekend BRAKING ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL CAUSE CANCELING YOUR RESERVATION AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUNDS.
