It’s a quick visit, and technicians will only access the pool area. • Please note that The Retreat Club will be closed every Monday and Tuesday as part of its seasonal schedule through February. The Oasis Clubhouse remains open daily for guests to enjoy. Guest Access
Parking: • Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway . Parking is also available at the clubhouse only during the day. Property Access: • Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard. Resort Access: • You're provided with complimentary access to the Champions Gate Resort and Oasis Clubhouse. • Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 9pm, year-round. Reminders from Oasis Club: • Up to 6 vehicles are allowed per property. Guests may park on the property driveway, designated parking areas (overflow parking is on a first come first serve basis) available on some streets. Additional overflow parking is available throughout the entire community. • NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots. • For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team. • Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted. • For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA. Guest registration and parking rules: • All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry. • Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing. • Residents are advised to check the community website for the latest Parking & Towing Policy.
