Recently renovated kitchen, luxury outdoor area with fireplace, tv and bar. Rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower and relax in the back FUN room! Parking for 3 (big plus for Newport) and more! Here are the features of the home which you can all enjoy: - Extra large TV in the living room area with plenty of seating arrangement - Outdoor entertainment area with fireplace, TV, large dining table, bar, and grill - Outdoor Shower - Fenced in Yard for child safety - Driveway Parking for three cars - Garage space for storage and an extra refrigerator - Keurig machine - AC units in each bedroom and living area Bedroom 1: - King size bed (sleeps 2) - Full size bunk beds (sleeps 4) Bedroom 2: - Queen size bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3 - Full size bed (sleeps 2) Main Living Room - Pull out queen size bed (sleeps 2) Play room - Pull out queen size bed (sleeps 2) We also have a cot available in the home.
