By booking this professionally serviced property, you can expect a hassle-free vacation. Once booking is finalized, one of our experienced concierges will ensure that we prepare to cater to all your needs, including airport pickup, chef services and menu preparation, grocery purchasing, activity planning and excursions, as well as organizing any special celebrations during your stay. Since 2012 we have hosted over 3,000 families in our villa inventory and you can expect top-notch service from our employees. ________________________________________ ADDITIONAL SERVICES • Golf carts: 6 Passenger golf cart from US$80 per day • Chef service: US$120–160 per night (Chef can prepare 3 meals per day + snacks). To book this service, contact your concierge. • Bicycles: US$15 to US$35 (rates may vary depending on availability and supplier) • Supermarket purchases: US$50 per trip • Babysitter, in-villa massages, tee times, excursions, and various activities can be arranged by your concierge Requests should be made 48 hours in advance ________________________________________ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY • A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. • Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. • If the booking is made after (or within 3 days of when) the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. • Damage Deposit: You may opt for our Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan or a refundable damage deposit (US$1,000–US$8,000 depending on property). The damage deposit is payable 60 days prior to arrival. No date changes will be allowed for this season; only allowed if force majeure limits travel. This change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes. NOTE: US$150 administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was via wire transfer. If the payment was made by credit card, a processing fee of 4% of the paid amount will be retained. ________________________________________ RULES • No hookahs: Hookah use is prohibited on the property • Age requirement: Reservation holder must be 25 years or older • Quiet hours: Between 10pm and 8am • This is a no-smoking property • No pets allowed • Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed • Use of any outside vendors—including but not limited to private chefs, event planners, photographers, or external golf cart providers—may be subject to additional fees.
