LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING The open living space is perfect for gathering, relaxing, cooking, and dining. The large brick-adorned kiva fireplace is the focal point of the room, and is flanked by the smart TV. A four-top dining table is located between the kitchen and living area, and additional bar seating is available at the kitchen island. The kitchen is newly renovated with granite countertops, high-end appliances (including an induction stovetop), and everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. BED AND BATH Both bedrooms feature king beds, Tvs, and ample closet space. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bath, while the guest bedroom shares a bath with the living space. Both bathrooms feature standing showers only. OUTDOOR SPACE The flagstone patio features a gas grill and outdoor seating, perfect for a casual cookout.
