It's perfectly stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. We happily provide a Keurig coffee maker along with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar for your stay. 🛋️ Living Room Gather 'round in the warm and bright living room, featuring a large Smart TV and a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. It's the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment. 🍽️ Dining Room Enjoy a delicious meal over wonderful conversation in the inviting dining room. It's the ideal setting for sharing meals and making memories. 🛏️ Bedroom Kick back and get cozy in the Queen Master Bedroom! Complete with wonderfully comfortable and crisp linens, fluffy pillows, and a convenient sink setup right in your room for brushing your teeth and washing your face before a restful night's sleep. The Master Bedroom also features a full en-suite bathroom, beautifully finished with custom tile throughout. Enjoy the double shower head, walk-in shower, and spaciousness to get ready in the mornings or before a night out on the town! 🛁 Bathroom The bathroom is fully stocked with a hair dryer, soft plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and even some face wipes and feminine products in case you forget while on the go! 👶 Kiddos Traveling with little ones? No need to stress! We happily provide a pack 'n play and high chair in our unit for your use at any time during your stay. 😊 ❄️ Heating/AC We have baseboard heaters so that you can choose the most optimal temperature throughout your stay. The portable AC unit is removed during the winter and re-installed in the spring, ensuring comfort year-round. Located in the vibrant area of Old Colorado City, this neighborhood offers a perfect mix of historic charm and modern convenience. Here’s what you can expect from the surrounding area: 🛍️ Shops & Restaurants Stroll through Old Colorado City, just minutes away, where you’ll find a variety of local shops, art galleries, and delicious restaurants. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🌄 Views & Location: Next to our property is an RV storage facility, but the views above that towards the mountain range are still great! 🏡 Shared Space: We have multiple units set up on the 3-acre lot, so while you will likely see others here and there, the house and its wonderfully detailed patio is all yours for your stay!
