This spacious unit features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two king-size beds, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the common area, accommodating up to ten guests. The living area boasts comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and large windows leading to a private balcony with panoramic Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a dining area. Guests can enjoy two beachfront pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, a fitness center, and direct beach access. Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment options, The Summit 1502 provides an ideal blend of comfort and luxury for a memorable beachfront vacation. IMPORTANT: Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and possible ejection.
