The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and access to the back deck and the hot tub. The second bedroom also provides a queen-sized bed. The bathroom is a full bathroom with all the essentials. Just a short walk away from the Conkling Bay Marina, and Flip Flops, the marina's newest restaurant, where you'll find delicious food and drinks, and often live music on the weekends, there is also a store and kids' swimming area. The Conkling Bay neighborhood is wonderful because it overlooks Lake Coeur d`Alene and has many amenities within walking distance. There are National Parks nearby, bike trails, and within a fairly short drive is the Coeur d`Alene Casino with restaurants, a spa, and golf. Perfect location for a lake vacation! Welcome! Before you arrive, here's some information to help you prepare for your stay: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. You'll need to submit a valid form of ID through Vacation Rental Authority after booking to receive the access information. There is free parking available for your convenience. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels down to a reasonable level to respect all neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
