About the Home

The apartment consists of one generous bedroom with a queen sized bed, a luxury bathroom and a spacious combined living-dining area with glass sliding doors to the entertainer's balcony. There is also a concealed study nook with built in storage and desk, ideal for working from home The generous sized kitchen is fitted out with Miele appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer unit and gas oven and stovetop. The concealed internal laundry comprises a washing machine and dryer.

Good to know

Please note there is a train line that runs every 15- 20 min past the apartment. It does make some noise but with the double windows when closed the sound is minimal. Please note that a copy of valid photo ID of all adult guests staying is required after booking. The management reserves the right to request for photo IDs of all guests staying for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the unit.

Guest Access

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

This step involves uploading ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
