The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious ensuite bathroom, while one of the bedrooms enjoys direct access to the private terrace, providing the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The beautifully appointed bathrooms are finished with premium stone floor and wall tiles, creating an elegant, spa-like atmosphere. At the heart of the home is a gourmet open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances and stone benchtops. The generous living and dining areas are furnished with designer furniture and curated décor, offering a sophisticated yet welcoming space to unwind. The apartment also includes ducted air conditioning and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, an internal laundry with a washer and dryer, quality linen and towels. Good to know

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.

Guest Access

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

House Rules and Terms

All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
