Welcome to our cosy, relaxing and private space. The custom-designed apartment has own kitchen, separate bathroom, and outdoor seating.

About the Home

Close to many attractions and nearby area of exciting nightlife. It is a residential street so quiet guests only. A sunlit bedroom with huge king size bed for you to relax in. Enjoy a lovely cozy retreat with separate bedroom and lounge.

Good to know

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.

This house is located in heart of Darlinghurst with variety of cuisine available in the area and cafes just around the corner. Location is easy travel and convenient to most Sydney attractions. Also only a short walk from the lively Kings Cross with some of the best bars and exciting nightlife area. Pet friendly area, with park around the corner for your daily pet strolls.

Guest Access

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
