Located on the 7th floor, this spacious apartment features two comfortable bedrooms with built-in robes and ceiling fans, a generous open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen with stone benchtops and gas cooking, a well-appointed bathroom with shower over bath, and secure parking. Panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, the Harbour Bridge and Opera House can be enjoyed throughout the apartment.

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Lost keys, or keys not returned to the lockbox at check-out, will incur a call-out fee. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The fire alarms are very sensitive and may trigger a Fire Brigade call-out. A $1,000 fee will apply if smoking or vaping activates the fire alarm.
