Living room A grey sofa, two mustard armchairs, shelving and a TV with Netflix, plus a large window. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Kitchen and dining Wooden cabinets and an island with a sink: ceramic hob, built-in oven, microwave, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. A dining area for four sits in the kitchen by the window, and the table works for a laptop. Terrace A high table with stools and views over the city. In the building Pool (December to March), laundry room paid with coins or an app. Lift and front desk, where every guest shows ID. Assigned parking included, for small and medium cars. Gym located next to the building (subject to payment)
