On the ground floor, you'll find ample covered parking, a wet weather entry, enclosed storage for beach toys, and a dedicated golf cart parking area. Accessible by stairs or elevator, the first floor includes: - Master Bedroom 1: King bed with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. - Master Bedroom 2: Queen bed with an en suite bathroom. - Bedroom 3: King bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 4. - Bedroom 4: King bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 3. - Laundry area The second floor boasts: - A spacious open kitchen with a large island. - A dining room. - A living room with numerous windows and a covered deck. - Bedroom 5: Queen bed, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 6. - Bedroom 6: Queen bed, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 5. The top "loft" floor offers: - Bedroom 7: features a twin over full bunk bed, along with an additional twin bed with a trundle. - A private deck providing the best views of Topsail. This home is perfect for accommodating large groups in comfort and style. 🕒 Flexible Check-In & Check-Out: If there’s no back-to-back booking, we’re happy to offer a complimentary early check-in at 2 PM and a complimentary late check-out at 12 noon. For additional time beyond that, standard charges will apply. 🏖 Beach Access: Public Beach Access #23 is just an 8-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive from the house. 📦 Starter Essentials: We provide a starter pack of essentials like paper towels and tissues to help get you settled in, but any additional supplies beyond that are typically up to our guests to handle. The neighborhood is within the coveted "S Curve," known for its scenic views and vibrant coastal atmosphere.
