One of the unique features of this apartment is the dedicated workspace in the master bedroom, equipped with a desk and dual screens. This makes the apartment particularly well suited for remote workers or guests combining work and travel, offering a comfortable and productive environment during longer stays. Outside you will find a private swimming pool, a perfect place to cool off during sunny Tenerife afternoons or unwind after a day exploring the island. Inside, the apartment offers a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable interiors, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where guests can feel immediately at home. Arriving more than one hour later than the confirmed time results in a surcharge of €20 per additional hour, unless there is a documented flight delay. Check-ins after 22:00 carry a €50 surcharge. To dispose of rubbish, trash containers are located outside the complex on floor 3. Exit the building on floor 3, turn left and walk towards the small roundabout next to the Crystal building.
