The main living area features a fully stocked kitchen with a 4-person breakfast bar, seamlessly connecting to the living and dining spaces. Large sliding glass doors open to a balcony with a grill and outdoor dining for four. Two bedrooms boast stunning ocean views and balconies. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom features a daybed, office space, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. Please note that while this villa is a popular vacation rental, it includes steps inside the unit and to the pool, which may not be suitable for guests with very limited mobility. The area offers a variety of activities, including surfing, fishing, golf, boating, rafting, scuba diving, sailing, zip-line canopy tours, casinos, and swimming. This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot. As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
