Three Rivers Resort is ideally situated in the heart of Almont, CO, just 20 minutes south of Crested Butte and 10 minutes north of Gunnison. “Ginger Quill” (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.) If economy packaged in a small charming log cabin appeals to you, this is a perfect cabin for one person or a couple. It is a small, rustic one room cabin just big enough for the full size bed, small table and kitchen. It's clean, cute and offers a grassy area out the front door with a picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit. Parking is limited to one vehicle. • Approximately 230 square feet • One full size bed • Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hairdryer, trash bags, dish soap • Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent, shampoo and toiletries • Parking limited to 1 vehicle (Additional vehicles and trailers require parking separate from the cabin. Fees may apply.) All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional $20/night/dog, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 2 people. There is an additional fee of $10/person/night for extra persons (ages 7 and over). Maximum occupancy is 2. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.
