Description

13370 - Seaside Sunset: Hot Tub, Waterfront Home with Stunning Views! Welcome to Seaside Sunset, a picturesque vacation home nestled atop the dunes of Lieutenant Island in Wellfleet. With the salty breeze tousling your hair, you'll arrive at this multi-level sanctuary boasting wraparound and rooftop decks, offering panoramic views of the surrounding seascape. Inside, natural light floods through expansive windows, illuminating the tasteful nautical decor and highlighting the high ceilings. Whether you're lounging in one of the two spacious living rooms or reclining on the plush furnishings, there's ample space for the whole family to unwind after a day of seaside adventures. Poland Springs Water is delivered to this home weekly to ensure that there is always fresh drinking water - due to the location of this home, the tap water is occasionally salty. Spend your days basking on the nearby beach or exploring the water with the provided kayaks. As the sun sets, relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit to enjoy the crackling flames while sharing laughter and stories under the open sky, or head up to the rooftop deck to unwind with a cocktail and take in the breathtaking 360° views. When it's time to explore the local scene, a short drive will take you to the iconic Wellfleet Drive-In or to the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail for a leisurely bike ride. For dining options, indulge in freshly baked pastries and sandwiches from PB Boulangerie Bistro. For dinner, tantalize your taste buds at C-Shore Kitchen conveniently located within a few miles of your retreat. Seaside Sunset offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comforts, making it the ideal destination for your next Cape Cod getaway. Book now and let the tranquility of Wellfleet envelop you in its embrace. *Please note that access to and from Lt Island is delayed for about an hour on each side of the high tide due to marsh roads being submerged during high tide.
