You can't beat the location with a cafe at your doorstep, the Burleigh Esplanade along the front, restaurants, supermarket and national park all in walking distance. Easy public transport to explore the rest of the Gold Coast. Perfect pad for couples, close friends, nomad or business travellers. Building: - 3 Storey brick walkup apartment block - Opposite the beach - Shared laundry Amenities: - Professionally cleaned before each guest - Hotel-quality high thread-count bed linen and towels - Easy check-in via lockbox - Fully-equipped kitchen - Shared laundry room in building - WIFI Living room: - Two 2-seater sofas - Views of the beach from the living area Kitchen: - Standard, fully-equipped kitchen - Fridge/freezer - Oven - Stove - Microwave - Plates and cutlery Bedrooms: ROOM 1: Queen Bed Bathrooms - Separate bathroom Free parking on-site, on a first come first service availability however the parking spaces are tandem. To avoid being blocked in or blocking someone else in, you can leave a contact number on the space provided for anyone to contact you if you have blocked someone else in. The parking roller door is located on the left hand side of the "PRD Real Estate" shop front. Use the BIG key to open the roller door. Please follow the instructions to have a smooth parking experience. 1.You can park in any bay but each bay fits 2 cars, if you are the first car in the bay please park as far in as possible to fit another car behind you. **STRICTLY 1 CAR PER UNIT** 2. After parking put the unit number (no.16), your name, phone and registration number on the blackboard located on the wall next to one of the parking bays about halfway between the bays. Also advise to leave a visible note on the inside of your windscreen with your details. 4. If you know you need to leave early it is advisable to park in late. If it sounds too complicated, there is free parking on the street but the close ones are only 3 hour parking(on the weekends it's not easy to find a spot) 5. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. No lift is available.
