On one side of the waterfront is a small sandy lido. On the other side, cut-stone steps lead into wonderful swimming and snorkeling water. From the water's edge, it's an easy swim to the sunning platform. Watch romantic sunsets from the verandah or Jacuzzi plunge pool. After sunset, your chef will serve you delicious candlelight dinners inside, on the open-air verandah, or in the gazebo over a natural coral formation on the water's edge. During the day, a bird-feeding tree dapples the gazebo and, in the afternoon, the pool. For all-day sunshine and blue, blue water... luxuriate in the buoyant bay, which is Sea Haven's front yard. Driving time from the Montego Bay airport to Sea Haven is approximately 60 minutes. Discovery Bay is an incredibly beautiful and placid body of water ... truly one of Jamaica's treasures. The eastern shore, with its lovely villas and cottages, is colloquially known as "The Riviera." * This can be rented as a 3 or 4 bedrooms. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddle boards. The club hosts a full service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent. Villas in Proximity: A Summer Place on the Beach, Fortlands Point on the Beach, Keela Wee on the Beach, Sea Grapes on the Beach, Sugar Bay on the Beach, and Whispering Waters on the Beach * All rates quoted in USD. * Rates are subject to change without notice * This villa is opting for a full-house rate during Easter, Thanksgiving & Holiday weeks. * Holidays: 7-night minimum stay required (Full-house - Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s Eve.) CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY High & Low Season A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Government taxes and service charges are handled separately according to the payment schedule. Christmas & New Year A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 120 days prior to arrival. Within 120 days of arrival, 100% of the rental revenue, plus applicable taxes and service charges, is due. Christmas/New Year cancellations are non-refundable, subject to the applicable exceptions in the agreement. Thanksgiving A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the deposit refund. Extraordinary Circumstances In certain extraordinary circumstances, such as government travel restrictions, severe weather, or similar events, the supplier may, at its discretion, offer a future booking or an alternative villa of equal value.
