Upstairs - 5 Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – Master King-size bed with ocean view balcony, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower Bedroom 2 – Master 2 King-size bed with ocean view balcony, en-suite bathroom with bathtub-shower combinations. We appreciate your understanding.*** Interiors are furnished beautifully with silks and original art. Stepping stones lead down a velvet lawn to a fine sand beach that is separated from the Keela Wee beach by a small grassy garden. Their double beach is available for guests renting both villas. Amenities include complimentary sea kayaks and other water toys. On the main level is the massive Great Room. French doors open wide to a large furnished verandah and bar. Just beyond are the private pool, Jacuzzi, shallow children’s pool, lawn, beach and bay. Upstairs is a second sitting room, entertainment center, Internet area and five of the seven bedrooms. Floors throughout are a combination of gleaming wood and imported stone. Distinctive in Whispering Waters are its unique ceilings, some made of bamboo and others trimmed with de-barked and smoothed blackheart wood logs. Inside and outside dining tables accommodate up to 14 guests. As a special treat, the staff will plan a torchlight beach party ~ chicken, lobster or fresh-caught fish grilled on the outdoor barbecue. Maximum desired occupancy is 14 guests. A surcharge of $100 per person per night will apply to each approved additional guest in excess of double occupancy per bedroom. Driving time from the Montego Bay airport to Whispering Waters is approximately 60 minutes. Discovery Bay is an incredible turquoise body of water that has attracted some of Jamaica’s most visionary homeowners. Whispering Waters is among the newest and best. Whispering Waters & Keela Wee are located side by side, these neighboring villas combine to offer 13 bedrooms, 2 swimming pools, 2 private beaches, 2 air-conditioned gyms and 2 tennis courts lit for night play. Each villa has its own private coral cove and sandy beach. Both villas overlook one of Jamaica’s loveliest crystal clear bodies of water, Discovery Bay. They can be rented alone or together. Families renting both villas may have lunches and dinners together on request. * All rates quoted in USD * Rates are subject to change without notice. * This villa is opting for a full-house rate during Easter, Thanksgiving & Holiday weeks. * Recommended Staff Gratuity: 10% of the villa rental rate – reflecting the long hours worked and the level of service provided. * A US$50 booking fee applies. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY High & Low Season A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Government taxes and service charges are handled separately according to the payment schedule. Christmas & New Year A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 120 days prior to arrival. Within 120 days of arrival, 100% of the rental revenue, plus applicable taxes and service charges, is due. Christmas/New Year cancellations are non-refundable, subject to the applicable exceptions in the agreement. Thanksgiving A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the deposit refund. Extraordinary Circumstances In certain extraordinary circumstances, such as government travel restrictions, severe weather, or similar events, the supplier may, at its discretion, offer a future booking or an alternative villa of equal value.
