Meandering lily ponds, fountains, and gardens, and more orchids grace the exterior. The garden at Amanoka is truly beautiful, and the outside entertaining space is extraordinary. The Amanoka compound consists of the Main Villa and The Annex ... linked by a landscaped walkway through an interior courtyard. Each day begins with fresh-squeezed orange juice and fresh-ground Blue Mountain coffee, fruit, bagels, and muffins on the verandah buffet ... followed by a full breakfast when all guests are ready. Extraordinary lunches and memorable candlelight dinners are served on the al fresco verandah or waterfront deck. Cocktail hour canapés and hors d’oeuvres are offered each evening around the verandah bar. The chef will also plan a torchlight beach party with chicken, chops, steaks, fresh fish, or lobster served to sizzle from the outdoor coal grill. *This can be rented as a 5 or 7 bedrooms. In lively Ocho Rios, 30 minutes from Amanoka, are nightlife, restaurants, shops, open-air craft markets, more water sports, rafting, jitney tours of a working plantation, and dramatic Dunn’s River Falls. Driving time from the Montego Bay airport to Amanoka is approximately 60 minutes ... well worth the drive along a gorgeous seascape. The eastern shore of Discovery Bay, with its lovely villas and cottages, is colloquially known as “The Riviera” ... one of Jamaica’s treasures. BEDROOM ACCOMMODATIONS All seven bedrooms have hair dryers, televisions, telephones, and intercoms to the bar, kitchen, staff quarters, and other guest rooms. Both the gym and the spa are air-conditioned. MAIN VILLA - 6,400 Square Feet Great Room 60” cable television + satellite, VCR, SONOS sound system (12 speakers for music inside, poolside, and seaside), bumper pool and poker table ... opens to the pool terrace with bamboo pavilion and Jacuzzi. Master Bedroom - 350 sq ft King-size bed; 40” cable television + satellite; en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity. Walk-in closet. French doors to the outdoor sitting pavilion and pool terrace, a lovely view of the bay. Garden View Bedroom - 300 sq ft 2 queen-size beds; cable television + satellite, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, exotic garden view through louvered windows. Mahogany Room - 300 sq ft King size bed; cable television + satellite, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, soaking tub, lovely garden view. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY High & Low Season A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Government taxes and service charges are handled separately according to the payment schedule. Christmas & New Year A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 120 days prior to arrival. Within 120 days of arrival, 100% of the rental revenue, plus applicable taxes and service charges, is due. Christmas/New Year cancellations are non-refundable, subject to the applicable exceptions in the agreement. Thanksgiving A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the deposit refund. Extraordinary Circumstances In certain extraordinary circumstances, such as government travel restrictions, severe weather, or similar events, the supplier may, at its discretion, offer a future booking or an alternative villa of equal value.
