Its design is a series of airy pavilions with peaked roofs, its living spaces separated by water gardens and bridges. Indoor spaces flow into the outdoors with Oriental grace. Rooms are walled by tall mahogany French doors that open to private porches. Ceiling fans are throughout. The 600-square-foot main pavilion consists of the Great Room with glass doors on all sides and a massive wrap-around veranda on floors of gleaming white Jamaican marble. Outside the Great Room, you will find the media room, Like the Great Room, the media room has wrap-around glass doors that open to the mesmerizing panorama of gardens and ocean views. Adjacent are a full bar and powder room. The sprawling grounds are like both a park and a playing field. The gardens include a wild orchid tree, two mango trees, one lime tree, and a beautiful breadfruit tree. The wide lawns are home to croquet, badminton, and volleyball. 100 yards offshore is Holden's Reef, a continuation of the barrier reef complex that fronts much of Jamaica's north coast. Easily reachable by kayak, this live reef is home to a myriad of tropical fish and corals. At low tide, portions protrude above the water so you can step from your kayak to snorkel in shallow water. Two paddle boards are also available for additional water sports options. Noble House shares eight acres on the sea with deluxe neighboring villas Serenity and Tranquillity on the Beach. Combining these 3 homes creates a 15-bedroom compound with 3 pools, 1 tennis court, 1 basketball hoop, a long beachfront, and a staff of 19. Master Bedroom King-size bed, 3 walls of louvered mahogany doors, private veranda, television, large bathroom with walk-in shower featuring an outdoor rain shower and soaking tub in the enclosed and very private garden. Bedrooms 2 and 3 King-size beds, louvered mahogany doors opening to sea-facing private porches, en-suite baths with walk-in showers. Pool Cottage – Bedroom 4 + Additional twin Bedroom - 2,000 square feet Air-conditioned Pool Cottage includes a living room and French doors to the pool terrace. Bedroom 4 - King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and small sea-facing patio. Bedroom 5 - The small king/twin bedroom has its own full bathroom with a shower accessed through the living room. It can accommodate two additional guests bringing the total sleeping accommodations in Noble House to ten. (Additional fee applies) Additional Information Please note: Noble House is located on a beautiful stretch of beach however the beach may encounter increased seaweed or reduced water clarity during the rainy seasons in May and October, as well as due to fluctuating ocean currents and weather patterns. Group dinners are allowed with sister villas Serenity and Tranquillity. * All rates quoted in USD. * Please inquire for per bedroom rates for less than maximum occupancy * Rates are subject to change without notice * Recommended Staff Gratuity: 10% of the villa rental rate – reflecting the long hours worked and the level of service provided. * A US$50 booking fee applies. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY High & Low Season A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Government taxes and service charges are handled separately according to the payment schedule. Christmas & New Year A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 120 days prior to arrival. Within 120 days of arrival, 100% of the rental revenue, plus applicable taxes and service charges, is due. Christmas/New Year cancellations are non-refundable, subject to the applicable exceptions in the agreement. Thanksgiving A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the deposit refund. Extraordinary Circumstances In certain extraordinary circumstances, such as government travel restrictions, severe weather, or similar events, the supplier may, at its discretion, offer a future booking or an alternative villa of equal value.
