There are 18 major condominiums on Sand Key and an assortment of smaller condos and single-family homes. Popular Sand Key Park is on the northernmost tip of the island facing Clearwater Pass. If you like sailing or want to give sailing a try, you’ll want to check out the Clearwater Community Sailing Center, which is on the northeastern side facing Clearwater Harbor across from the Park. The Shops On Sand Key are home to over a dozen restaurants and shops and overlook Clearwater Harbor. Clearwater Beach is only two miles north of Sand Key. Pier 60 is a great place to watch the sunsets, take in a twilight movie, watch the street performers, or check out the local artists. Outdoor amenities could be down during stay or have limited hours / days opened during your stay. Please be aware there is construction being done Monday thru Friday, so noise can be heard daily and should be expected during your stay. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The entire building will be painted starting November 16, 2023, and will likely conclude in December 2023. During working hours, painters will be present around the complex.
