Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodation for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★ We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★ Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. ★ TOWELS NOTE ★ Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. ★ OFFICE ★ Please note that our office room perfectly functions as a bedroom as well, equipped with a plush, queen-size sofa bed. And for those workaholics, you can now sleep and have a nap in between zoom meetings too! ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request. ★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★ Please note that to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Thank you very much for your understanding.
