Kitchen Open to the dining room: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, a French press, pans, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. Balcony A chair and a plant, the coast in front and the city to the side. In the building The pool is open from October 15, 2026, to April 30, 2027. Heating in the flat. It has no parking space of its own, though there is paid parking close by. Pergola installation work is currently underway on the 28th-floor terrace.
