We take pride in maintaining high standards in this spacious studio—our first Airbnb and still one of our most popular. Guests love the proximity to the Deschutes River Trail, just a 10-minute walk to downtown, and First Street Rapids Park two houses away. Then come home and stretch out on the ultra-comfy king bed (it has been called The Ruiner Of Morning Ambition) Trust the reviews—they say it best! We maintain a low-allergen environment using unscented products and do not ever allow pets.

House Rules and Terms

NO PARTIES. This is a quiet neighborhood, not a tourist hot-spot, and we want to share it with folks who want to enjoy themselves. However, the volume level needs to stay reasonable. We do have noise-monitoring devices (Minut noise sensors--please note they do not record/transmit anything, they just monitor noise levels) in the home, as well as exterior security cameras. Thank you for removing your shoes before going onto the carpeted areas. We appreciate quiet footsteps/voices as you come up the exterior staircase (there is a kids bedroom nearby). No pets are allowed at this property. We serve guests and family with allergies (sometimes very extreme) and have to do a thorough dander and hair removal process if someone brings an animal into the home. Any unauthorized animal will incur a $500 fee. Please do not bring animals into the home.
