House Rules and Terms

The number of guests in the home is limited to 5, *including* babies. In other words, 4 adults, a 2 year old and a newborn is 6 people. Personal items are not to be left on the front porch/walkway, please. No pets are allowed at this property. We serve guests and family with allergies (sometimes very extreme) and have to do a thorough dander and hair removal process if someone brings an animal into the home. Any unauthorized animal will incur a $500 fee. Please do not bring animals into the home.
