Light, Bright and Spacious

This is a high end home that has barely been lived in. It is extremely clean and is very well organized. We do expect guests to treat the home gently. -Please remove shoes when going onto the carpeted areas -No pets -No parties (please alert the property manager, Ryan, when the total number of people in the home will exceed 8) -Please note there are video cameras on the front and rear of the home (exterior only), as well as Minut Noise Monitors on the interior. This noise monitor does not record or transmit audio -- it merely tracks decibel levels and alerts the manager when a threshold is consistently crossed. No pets are allowed at this property. We serve guests and family with allergies (sometimes very extreme) and have to do a thorough dander and hair removal process if someone brings an animal into the home. Any unauthorized animal will incur a $500 fee. Please do not bring animals into the home.
