Our studio is located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, on the left bank of the Seine between Saint-Germain-des-Prés to the east and Montparnasse to the west. The 6th arrondissement is renowned for its cultural, artistic and literary atmosphere, making it one of the most emblematic and sought-after districts in Paris. It is known for its historic cafés, bookshops, art galleries and intellectual and artistic atmosphere. This is a perfectly optimised 19m² studio on the ground floor.
