About the Home

Pleasant 19m2 studio apartment ideally located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Panthéon and the Jardin du Luxembourg! Close to transport links. Our studio is located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, on the left bank of the Seine between Saint-Germain-des-Prés to the east and Montparnasse to the west. The 6th arrondissement is renowned for its cultural, artistic and literary atmosphere, making it one of the most emblematic and sought-after districts in Paris. It is known for its historic cafés, bookshops, art galleries and intellectual and artistic atmosphere. This is a perfectly optimised 19m² studio on the ground floor. It comprises - A fully-equipped and functional open-plan kitchen: fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven and dining table with chairs. - A lounge with a double sofa bed and television - Bathroom with shower and WC - Storage space - TV and broadband internet access - Bed linen and towels provided This flat is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people on training, work experience or work placements. The 6th arrondissement is famous for its emblematic Saint-Germain-des-Prés district. Although the legendary jazz clubs of the 50s are now a rarity, and you're more likely to see tourists on the terrace of the Café de Flore than intellectuals, it has retained a pleasant atmosphere, between bohemian bourgeoisie and Parisian luxury. It is one of the most emblematic - and one of the most expensive - districts of Paris. The 6th arrondissement is home to several prestigious educational institutions, including the Sorbonne, Paris's renowned university. But it's also home to the Jardin du Luxembourg, the Eglise Saint- Sulpice, the Musée Delacroix and many of the historic cafés in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district that have been frequented by famous writers, philosophers and artists over the years. Finally, I recommend the following restaurants: - Georgette - Bouillon Chartier - Le Petit Lutetia We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents: - 1 proof of identity - 1 proof of reason for stay (work or school) - 1 e-mail address 1 contract will be sent to you by e-mail and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure. --- FOR CHECK-IN Arrival during the WEEK - Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements.
