There is plenty of parking to leave your car while you navigate the island on foot or bike if you wish. The professionally landscaped yard is fully fenced and private, with plenty of space to enjoy being outdoors. This home also offers a level 2 EV charger. After a fun day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and changing area that is covered in climbing jasmine. Grill your dinner and dine al fresco on the picnic table or in the spacious, screened porch (affectionately known as “Gimme Shelter”), which is the perfect year-round outdoor hangout spot! The first and second bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two queen beds, all with fresh, clean linens and pillows. There are two full bathrooms with plenty of fluffy towels.
