The living area combines the comfort of a living room and bedroom. The focal point is a comfortable grey corner sofa with soft cushions, which converts into a comfortable sleeping area if required. In addition, the apartment has a double bed with a grey bedspread and white towels for a restful night's sleep. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV with cable TV placed on a modern dark brown RTV cabinet. The walls are kept in light grey tones and the wooden floor adds warmth. The decoration is minimalist paintings with animal motifs. The kitchenette is fully equipped and functionally integrated into the space. The light-coloured cabinets contrast with the dark brown worktop and the grey mosaic on the wall. There is an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, electric kettle and microwave. There is also the necessary kitchen and tableware. The bathroom is kept in a warm, beige and brown colour scheme with mosaic elements. It features a glass shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin set on a dark countertop with a large mirror backlit by lamps. Towels, a hairdryer and a welcome toiletries kit are provided.
