Recently renovated with a fresh coastal aesthetic, this bright and welcoming townhouse has been thoughtfully designed for relaxed holiday living. Plantation shutters, timber flooring, and an open-plan layout create a light-filled space, while contemporary finishes provide all the comforts of home.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay and features a generous island bench and dining area, making it easy to gather together after a day exploring Noosa. Sliding doors open onto the private outdoor patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow for morning coffee or relaxed afternoon drinks.
The townhouse comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two spacious bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a second TV, and peaceful leafy views across the park opposite.
Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, making it ideal for children, friends, or additional guests.
Bathroom: The spacious bathroom includes a shower, vanity, toilet, and integrated laundry facilities with both a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
Guests can enjoy access to the resort's fantastic shared facilities, including three swimming pools, a tennis court, BBQ areas, and beautifully maintained tropical gardens. Whether you're cooling off after a beach day or enjoying a family barbecue, there's plenty of space to relax throughout your stay.
Additional features include air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi, and one allocated parking space.

*Guests are required to comply with local council regulations and the property house rules during their stay.
*Please note the townhouse is located on Noosa Parade, so some daytime traffic noise may be experienced. Evenings are generally quiet.
*Please note that to stay with us, guests will be required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will only be provided once this form has been completed.
The Neighborhood
Located just a short stroll from the beautiful Noosa River, you'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy the relaxed Noosaville lifestyle. Wander along Gympie Terrace, where you'll find an excellent selection of cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and waterside dining. Families will love the nearby river beaches and playgrounds, including the popular Pirate Park, while paddleboard, kayak, and boat hire are all close by. Noosa Village Shopping Centre, featuring Woolworths, Dan Murphy's, a pharmacy, and other everyday conveniences, is also within easy walking distance.
Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including one allocated parking space. The three swimming pools, tennis court, and BBQ facilities are shared with other guests within the resort.
House Rules and Terms
Noosa Council Code of conduct for guests
As hosts we are obliged to enforce the below code of conduct, and if a complaint is made we are required to address it with our guests within 30 minutes (24/7).
Any complaints received after hours (outside Mon-Fri 9-5pm) will incur a $250 fee.
Breaches could lead to eviction and suspension of our letting licence. If guests are evicted due to breaching the code of conduct no refund will be given.

Vehicles to be stored to not cause a nuisance or inconvenience to adjoining premises, and be parked within parking facilities on the premises where provided (one carpark space provided).
Use of the premises, including any outdoor area of the premises, for example, an outdoor entertainment area, deck, balcony, swimming pool or spa, must not—
detrimentally affect the residential amenity (including but not limited to noise, overlooking or light spill) enjoyed by residents adjoining or in the vicinity of the premises;
or cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance);
or display unacceptable behaviour (for example loud aggressive behaviour; yelling, screaming, arguing; excessively loud cheering, clapping or singing;
or create a level of noise which is in excess of the acceptable levels described by Queensland Government legislation for environmental protection (noise).
An occupant of the premises must not sleep or camp on the premises in a tent, caravan, campervan or similar facility.
The maximum occupancy is 2 guests per bedroom.
Pets occupying the premises (where allowed) must be managed and not cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance).
General waste (including the separation of recyclable waste) must be placed in a waste container.
The grounds of the premises are kept in a safe and tidy condition.
GENERAL HOUSE RULES
As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories, whilst keeping our neighbours happy and the apartment in great condition for all our guests. We truly appreciate it if you could accept our house rules, and thank you in advance for your cooperation!
*Strictly no schoolies or groups.
*Kindly remove your shoes indoors please to keep sand outside.
*Please refrain from rearranging the furniture.
*This accommodation is for residential purposes only, functions or parties (big or small) are strictly not permitted and penalties apply.
*No loud music at anytime and after 9pm please be respectful not to disturb surrounding guests. Sadly additional charges will be applied to your booking if we receive a noise complaint and security is called. If you do not reduce the noise level at this time, authorities and Airbnb may be contacted for your removal off the property should noise complaints be received.
*The number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed to at the time of the booking. If you wish to have additional guests please contact us for approval.
*Our aim is to ensure you really enjoy your stay and that the property is in the very best condition for your holiday. The owner will not be responsible for any injury suffered to a guest, or visitors of a guest.
*All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
Children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you.
*We want you to enjoy the pool area, but to avoid injury, please no bombing or running. Children are not allowed in the gated swimming pool area without an adult actively supervising in the space for safety. No drinking glasses or bottles are to be taken into the pool area - only plastic items allowed.
*Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.
*Any sports equipment, baby equipment or toys supplied are there for your enjoyment but used at your own risk. The host cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained from using the equipment.
Extra fees
*An extra cleaning charge of $60 applies to all bookings departing on a public holiday due to the increased cost of labor.
*If guests are found to have had a party resulting in extra cleaning, guests will be charged for extra cleaning accordingly.
*Excessive cleaning costs will be charged to the guests if the house is not left in a neat and tidy condition.
*Please take great care not to lose the keys or garage remote. Loss or damage will incur additional charges.
*If you leave property behind on departure, we are happy to send it back to you for a minimum charge of $25 covering postage and our time to retrieve and send the items
Cleaning: The cleaning is provided by a commercial cleaning company and they provide a cleanliness guarantee. Their contact details are advertised in the accommodation. If the cleanliness is not to your expectation please contact the provider directly, they will rectify any reasonable issues.
Please keep in mind that we are dealing with labour shortages and high costs of living just as the rest of the country. Please know we do our very best to provide beautiful, clean spaces to our guests, but we have a constant turnover of staff and they are not always perfect. So if there has been a small oversight, please forgive us, but major issues will be addressed.
NO refund will be provided as we offer a cleanliness guarantee. In the event that the cleaning company is unresponsive please contact us via the Airbnb app and we will assist.
Noise and other issues outside our control: You are holidaying in a residential area and surrounding buildings or units might have noisy maintenance or construction at times. This is completely beyond our control, and no refund will be provided if this occurs.
