The Verve is outfitted with two bedrooms (master with a king bed, and bedroom two with two singles), two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a media room with a double sofa bed available on request (for guest 5/6). Views overlooking the beautiful Sunshine Coast coastline can be easily accessed from most rooms. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
The Neighborhood
Enjoy nearby access to Cotton Tree Beach, just minutes from the apartment, walking distance to a number of shops and cafes, and a short 5 min drive up Aerodrome Rd to spend a day shopping in the newly expanded Sunshine Plaza. Because of the central location, it’s a simple drive further north to climb Mount Coolum, or visit Hastings St in Noosa, or even plan a family trip with the kids just around the corner at Sea Life Mooloolaba.
