The building lift, needs a spare part with a six week lead time (4 weeks left) an engineer is sent in by building management to do temporary fixes in the meantime. The lift should be fully functional by end of October. There is scaffolding around parts of the building, this is in preparation for improvement works to the building fascia, that will begin in November. When the work starts, they will no be allowed to make noise outside of reasonable designated hours.
