WELCOME TO ARENA Y SOL, a vibrant two-story home located just 30 yards from the beach in Las Conchas, Puerto Peñasco. With stunning ocean views, bright décor, and inviting spaces, this home is perfect for a relaxing seaside escape. – BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM The first floor features three bedrooms and one bath. Two of the bedrooms include queen beds, while the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, making it ideal for families or groups. A full-size air mattress is also available for extra sleeping space. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level for easy use. – LIVING AREA Guests will climb the beautifully tiled staircase to the second floor, where they are welcomed into a cozy living area with breathtaking ocean views. The space includes a dining table, a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings, and comfortable seating for relaxation. Guests must bring their own wood or fire logs for the fireplace. Entertainment is available with a smart Blu-ray player that allows streaming Netflix or watching DVDs on the television. – KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and microwave, making meal preparation effortless for your group. – OUTDOOR SPACE Step outside to a spacious upper deck featuring a wood-fired oven and plenty of seating, offering the perfect setting to enjoy the ocean view. The lower level features an enclosed courtyard with a front patio, charcoal barbecue grill, an outdoor dining area with a palapa, and an additional fireplace. Beach chairs are available in the garage for guests to use. – ADDITIONAL AMENITIES Ceiling fans, central air and heat, bedding, and one set of bath towels are provided for guest comfort. – POLICIES Pets are allowed upon approval with a pet fee of $75 per pet.
