Located in the private Towamensing Trails community, guests enjoy access to: • 194-acre lake with private sandy beach • Seasonal pool • Volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts • Playground and clubhouse • Snack bar and arcade • Boat rentals (availability depends on season) Note: Guests receive 8 guest passes per rental. Anyone over age 5 must wear a pass. Amenities may be closed due to community regulations; we do not control access to pool, lake, or rentals. •Pet-friendly! ($75 per pet fee) No pee pads allowed (use will result in a fine) • Must be 25+ to rent • HOA Requirement: Some information must be submitted 4 days before arrival — failure to do so may result in a $100 HOA penalty 🪪 Guests booking outside Airbnb must provide a government-issued ID before arrival. 💰 Reservations made outside Airbnb must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to check-in.
