Lux Leisure is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a few minutes from golf, Donner Lake, and Downtown Truckee! Northstar and Squaw Valley are both about 25 minutes away. Enjoy year-round activities that Tahoe has to offer! Permit # STR21-01357 Max Occupancy: 6 Parking Spaces: 2 The living room is situated with comfortable seating gathered around a flat screen TV and cozy gas fireplace. From, here you can access the balcony, furnished with outside seating and a BBQ grill. Have outdoor cookouts during the summer and grill up your favorite ribs/burgers! The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, drip coffee maker, kettle, and more to make you feel right at home. At the end of the day, gather around the dining table for 6 and exchange stories over a homemade meal. Downstairs, you can find a spacious game room with a ping pong table, Smart TV, and mini-fridge. Get some friendly competition going or stream your favorite Netflix or Hulu specials! The main bedroom has a King bed and an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The last bedroom has an en suite and is furnished with a King bed and a bunk bed (not full sized) nook, great for the kids! There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway. STR21-01357 Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging. Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees. Tahoe Donner HOA Amenities – Guest Information Guests have access to 6 Tahoe Donner Short-Term Tenant (STR) passes, which provide entry to select Tahoe Donner HOA amenities, including the Trout Creek Recreation Center (pools, hot tubs, gym, sauna), private beach access (summer only), and other HOA facilities. Access Fees: HOA amenities require a daily access fee, paid directly to Tahoe Donner. Fees vary by amenity, age, and season and are not included in your reservation. Full details can be found on the Tahoe Donner website. 2026 STR Tenant Card Blackout Dates STR Tenant Card access to PRIVATE HOA amenities is unavailable on the following dates: Jan 17–19 (MLK Day) Feb 14–16 (Presidents’ Day) May 23–25 (Memorial Day) July 1–5 (July 4th) Sept 5–7 (Labor Day) Nov 26–29 (Thanksgiving) Dec 24, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year) Important to Know: STR Tenant Cards are NOT required for public Tahoe Donner amenities, even during blackout dates. Guests are always welcome at public amenities at public rates.
